THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This item is absolute junk. It's so bad, it makes me want to scream. I've used it a million occasions, and it still doesn't work. The quality is pathetic, and the design are stupid. Honestly, I don't know how they could sell thisproduct without being mortified. I'm so angry that I hoped I'd bought something decent instead. Save your dollars, folks.
